WOD (seal pups)
100 back squats with bodywieght (175lbs)
every 60 seconds you do 10 push-ups and 5 pullups until you get to 100 squats.
This was ridiculous!!  I can still hardly walk and it is Thursday.  This workout took me 15:50.  Wow, it really sucked!
