1 "gasser" (run 50 yards down and back twice)
15 pullups
You are supposed to do seven rounds with 45 seconds of rest between sets.
I made it through 4 rounds. Damn that was difficult.
R1: 1:36
R2: 1:58
R3: 2:44
R4: 3 or 4 something.....
