Snack - 2ish blocks
- 2 oz turkey breast
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 pear
- 12 almonds
Dinner-4 blocks
-Venison stir fry with, green peppers, green beans, kidney beans, tomato puree, beef stock, onions, garlic, peanut butter
Before bed snack - 2 blocks
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup yogurt
12 almonds
